This video has been going around alot in Cincinnati since the Reds have installed a few for the 2011 season. If I heard them correctly, there is a magnet at the bottom of the cup and it seals the cup when it is full. However it works it will save you alot of time at the ballpark because it is 9x faster that the traditional tap system.
