How to get older parents to take better care of themselves

 "My parents are in their mid-60s and don’t eat well or exercise. They are poorly informed about good nutrition and the benefits of moderate exercise, or even what constitutes moderate exercise. Is there a book that gives accurate, commonsense information without the patronizing tone that I would almost inevitably use? I’m trying to be patient, but it’s hard to deal with aging parents who aren’t taking care of themselves."

Exercise Improves Quality of Life for the Blind

Imagine being afraid of doing anything out of your comfort zone because you cannot see. Experts say many in the blind community take the safe way out when it comes to exercise. But a local fitness program is these breaking barriers, allowing the visually impaired to get fit without worry.




How many Non-disabled Americans feel unsure about exercise? Teaching exercise protocols to maximize time and effort is the goal of Marcon Chiropractic and Wellness Center.
