Study Behind Dr. Oz-Endorsed Diet Pill Revealed To Be False


The study behind the green coffee extract diet pill endorsed by Dr Oz was falsified.



This should not come as a surprise to anyone.  The fact the Dr Oz, a medical doctor, would fall for such a con is more surprising.  If you want to lose weight eat more frequently, eat more vegetables and do not shy away from fat.  Throw in some strength training and aerobic activity and you can't help but lose weight.  It just won't be as easy as drinking something and continuing with your poor habits.
