Foods can be good for both your body and your wallet

This really isn't earth shattering news if you actually eat healthy. But it is another thorn in the side of the processed food producers and those individuals that continue to make the arguement that they can not afford to eat healthy.
"Contrary to popular belief, many healthful foods are no more expensive than junk food, a large new government analysis shows. In fact, carrots, onions, pinto beans, lettuce, mashed potatoes, bananas and orange juice are all less expensive per portion than soft drinks, ice cream, chocolate candy, french fries, sweet rolls and deep-fat fried chicken patties, the report says."
USA Today The choice is yours; You can go with whole foods or you can go with processed food.
